As a wholesaler and retailer, Monicasneaker maintains long-term business relationships with customers is our top priority.
I hope you can understand that we only accept returns, exchanges or refunds for the following reasons:
1. Shipping error
2. Item damage
3. Not satisfied (see details)
Regarding "not satisfied", we allow to change the size or exchange other styles within 3 days. If you want to exchange a different size or color, please don't forget to send us your name and order ID. If the prices of other commodities are higher, you need to pay additional fees, as well as replenishment fees and transportation fees. If the item is returned, the shipping fee, replenishment fee and 20% non-refundable credit card fee will be deducted from the credit.
If you want to cancel the order, please contact our customer service department within 6 hours after ordering, and then cancel the order. Sorry, we cannot cancel the order when it is shipped. And a 10% non-refundable credit card fee will be deducted from the credit. Thank you for your understanding.
1. All exchanged or returned products must be kept in their original condition, must not be worn, altered or cleaned, and all labels should be affixed.
2. After receiving the item, you must contact our customer service within 3 days.
